Associate Analyst Job in Pune at Eaton

EATON is hiring for the role fo Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Act as a Associate Analyst  and Support Ariba Administration under MDM Workstream of Ariba
  
• Ariba knowledge around dealing and resolving all issues related to Ariba Backend system (B&I) and queries raised by users on Ariba platform for any issues.
  
• Working closely with Eaton IT teams/Ariba on Ariba Master Data design and configuration implementation.
  
• Good knowledge on parent-to-child relationship in Ariba
  
• Work on Ariba User provisioning and system access, Manual User upload to Ariba
  
• Work on Group Provisioning in Ariba ( Standard/custom groups)/ User to group mapping.
• Supplier master data Management in Ariba, Creation of common supplier 
  
• Work on supplier ordering data, payment term updation, Purchase order print forms
  
• Knowledge on UNSPSC to taxonomy mapping, currency conversion, unit of measure, company code, account catagory, General ledger mapping, cost center , purchasing org data management
  
• Knowledge around data transfer from external systems to Ariba. Will be working with different users across globe and should have knowledge around roles and responsibilities for different Ariba groups
  
• Establish robust capability monitoring mechanism for all the critical process 
  
• Ariba knowledge around dealing and resolving all issues related to Ariba Backend system and queries raised by users on Ariba
  
• Managing Ariba buyer network account

Requirements:

• Bachelors with 1-3 years of experience in SCM processes ,
• Master data management on Ariba
• Understanding of backend ERP systems (SAP/ORACLE)  Ariba Backend system (B&I)
• Guided Buying platform for P2P.
• Experience in UAT and collaborating with multiple teams to resolve issues
