IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Associate Acquisition Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Acquire savings accounts within the identified segment and generate referrals from the specified catchment area.
• Ensure high-quality customer acquisition in terms of product suitability and segment alignment.
• Onboard and activate customers on digital platforms effectively.
• Assist the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises.
• Provide regular feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer requirements and potential opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization.
• Source quality leads while strictly adhering to internal and external guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular activities in the catchment area to acquire high-quality, High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers and enhance IDFC First Bank's visibility.
• Work on key central initiatives and proactively seek referrals from existing customers.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver product and service offerings to customers effectively.

Requirements:

• Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Math/Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/Business/Computers/Management
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
