Tyroo is hiring for the role of Associate - Account Management (Campaign Specialist)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance IndicatorsOutline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.
  
• Managing campaign pacing and performance through meticulous data analysis
• Distilling data to provide weekly/mid-campaign/end-of-campaign reports, with actionable takeaways that clearly demonstrate our value proposition
• Advising on targeting strategies to deliver on client goals
• Creating strategic media plans with Sales Executives, to enable strong performance at launch
• Refining optimization and reporting processes and workflows to gain efficiencies
• Applying key learnings for wider team training and helping define campaign benchmarks

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in campaign management – execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
• Operational Knowledge across digital platforms – Google Ad, Google Analytics, Taboola, Outbrain etc.
• Good to have knowledge of optimizing campaigns on Programmatic or Native platforms
• Any Bachelor’s degree is must, MBA
• 0-3 years experience working in the online or digital advertising industry
