iCIMS is hiring for the role of Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Check and verify bank deposits.
• Post cash receipts accurately in the accounting system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly suspense reconciliations and account for any differences.
• Ensure compliance with COFA (Client Money and Office Money) regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly checks to ensure all financial operations are in line with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports as required.
• Analyse discrepancies and provide solutions for resolution.

Requirements:

• CA Inter / MBA Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the legal industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of the UK legal industry is a plus.
