Allstate is hiring for the role of Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide the insured with correspondence that is clear, concise, and meets state regulations in relation to the decision they made on the claim processed
• Assist in identifying, investigating, and reporting fraudulent claim activity to our internal fraud unit
• Determine whether the claims are covered under the policies issued to that policyholder
• Review insurance policies, the claim form, and supporting documentation to make sure that all of the information is correct
• Independent analyzes, processes, researches, adjusts, and adjudicates claims which will result in a payment or nonpayment of a claim

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• B.TECH, MSC, MCA, MBA, and Engineering candidates need to the excluded
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
• This job does not have supervisory duties
• Instead of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Customer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, and Results-Oriented skills are required
