UnitedLex is hiring for the role of Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Metadata and Clause Abstraction: Metadata identification and abstraction from client contract documents
- Review of contracts to abstract the clause as per client requirement
- Abstraction exercise for legal/business terms
- Ability to learn and use CLM/AI tools
- Review of the contracts etc
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of the required metadata and clause abstraction within the agreed timelines
- Review of contract, NDAs
Requirements:
- Law Graduate
- Should have working knowledge of MS office, must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- 6 months – 1 years of experience in review of contracts is preferred
- Knowledge of basic commercial contract clauses and CLM tools will be preferred
