Metller Todley is hiring for the role of Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolving Outstanding Invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customers through Calls/ Emails from shared services centers in India.
- Control overdue aging of outstanding invoices.
- Ensuring smooth inflow of cash within payment terms.
- Sending reminders to customers to avoid payment delays.
- Resolving unapplied credit items on US customer's account by contacting customer via phone/ email.
- Ensuring monthly progress by resolving substantial amounts.
- Collaborating with collection and cash application team as per requirement.
- Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks defined from time to time
- Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
- Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's
Requirements:
- 3-4 years' experience in International customer service preferably in cash collections.
- SAP knowledge will be preferred.
- Telephonic skills should be excellent
- Fluency in English (written and spoken
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation
- Strong process knowledge with a focus on constantly improving productivity and processes
