Moody's is hiring for the role of Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing and updating internal systems and other relationship management tools. Responsible for handling sales operations-related matters, including coordination with billing and collection teams.
• Planning and execution of relationship management programs.
• Liaising with various internal departments (including the analytical team, legal team, and other supporting functions).
• Liaising with the KYC team for all clients’ KYC/AML-related matters.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations for clients, and coordinating client and intermediary meetings.
• Managing client inquiries and engagement-related matters.
• Working as part of the regional team spanning the entire spectrum of Moody’s business activities.

Requirements:

• University graduate candidates are required.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales operations support experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and be proactive.
• Good team player and has aspirations for high achievement.
• Strong computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible, and resourceful with problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and across various time zones.
• Engaging and being able to connect with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Being articulate with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
