Genpact is hiring for the role of Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Key responsibility will be to work with different teams within corporate finance, business finance, controllership, etc. to stitch the story together and draw out key insights/ drive new analytics around different areas of P&L, Balance sheet, Sales metrics, cash, etc  
• Think out of the box and be an ace in storytelling and executive presence. 
• To be able to do the above it's important for this person to be an SME in Finance Planning and Analytics/management reporting. 
• Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plans/budgets and forecasts/outlook 
• Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailed commentary and analysis 
• Review business performance and support decision-making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance regularly. 
• Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision-making. 
• Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to extract insights, understand business on the ground, act as a fact-based challenger, and then build a crisp narrative. 
• Should have experience in scenario building, competition analysis, if analysis to understand the financial impacts of various operational decisions.

Requirements: 

• Certified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or an MBA
• Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good at communication
• Great storyteller 
• Executive presence

• Commercially savvy
• Proficient with tools like - frameworks/ presentation / analytical tools like Power BI/Excel/ macros  
• Prior experience in FP&A Domain
