TATA 1 mg is hiring for the role of Assistant Team Lead!

Responsibilities:

• BTL Activations & Events
  
  • Understand the city landscape to effectively implement micro-market activations and target specific audience segments effectively.
  • Planned, coordinated, and executed BTL activities, events, and promotions in malls, RWAs, and lab centers, and organized health camps for lab tests and diagnostics awareness.
• Branding & Collaterals
  
  • Develop and manage the procurement and distribution of marketing collaterals for various stakeholders across initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all offline activities and materials.
  • Execution, Fieldwork & Vendor Management
  • Oversee the on-ground execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, as per the brand positioning, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including coordination, reviews, and performance assessments.
• Insights & Reporting
  
  • Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and impact.
  • Generate detailed post-mortem reports with insights and learnings to optimize future campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for all offline marketing activities.

Requirements:

•  2-4 years of experience in field marketing and BTL activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
• Experience in vendor management and agency coordination is essential.
