Assistant Tax Manager Job in PAN India at Aramex Logistics

Aramex Logistics is hiring for the role of Assistant Tax Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervising the preparation of GST returns for multiple registrations.
• Ensure timeliness and correctness in monthly GST payments and periodic GST returns.
• Review of the mechanism for availing of Input Tax Credit and building necessary checks to ensure correct credit is availed.
• Filing of GST refund applications
• Provide inputs on the automation of GST compliance.
• Owning the GST GLs and ensuring the GL represents true and fair value.
• Facilitation and providing necessary data points required for Statutory and Internal Audits
• Drafting the replies to the notices, such as ASMT-10 and DRC-01, with the help of the team and consultants.
• Preparation and submission of relevant data, reconciliations, and information as required by consultants and the GST department.
• GST Advisory
• Analysis of the changes in laws, regulations, accounting principles, and judicial pronouncements, and interpreting their implications from a GST perspective.
• Periodic meetings with teams to resolve the key GST issues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• At least 1-2 years' experience in handling GST matters
• Experience in Big 4/Mid-Size CA Firm/Logistics industry preferred
• Excellent Excel skills. 
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
