  •  Manage & Coordinate activities for the smooth functioning at store 
  • Supervise the team and ensure that all activities are executed as per plan 
  • Implementation of processes as per SOPs laid down in Work Smart
  •  Ensure 100% adherence to POG , SOP and promo implementation 
  • Store is kept clean and hygienic 
  • Support SM towards reducing dump, shrink and losses 
  • Ensure that price and promotions running in my stores are clearly displayed communicated to all customers
