About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Managers in all operations (operational SLA and metrics) related to ES (Express Stores) for Blinkit in the designated region/location.
- Support all aspects of Express Store operations, including but not limited to inbound, inventory, last-mile operations, manpower management, rostering, and training.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of Express Stores operations.
- Engage with the Express Stores team within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment.
- Ensure safety & quality compliance across the premises.
