Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring for the role of Assistant SAM Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle Receipt and Dispatch section, BIW, Casting, and Forging at vendor aid stores
• Ensure all transactions are done perfectly art receipt and dispatch section, ensure proper storage of bodies, and timely supplies to internal customers, in BIW, Casting, and Forging stores
• Ensure Truck turnaround time is as per the goal
• Ensure total material accountability in his area
• Ensure zero Safety incidents in his area, train associates and officers on BBS2
• Ensure FIFO in his area. Implement TPM as per the road map
• Ensure Scrapyard is maintained as per guidelines and SPD requirement is fulfilled as defined
• Ensure timely dispatch of rejections to suppliers
• Leverage IT-enabled systems in his area. Timely planning of resources in his area
• Possess knowledge in Packing and trolley design

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or other Streams
• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical or other Streams
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or other Streams
• 1 to 7 years of experience in SCM, Logistic, and Packaging
