Assistant sales Manager Job in Thane at Brickfolio Solutions Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Assist in training and coaching sales team members to improve their sales performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager
• Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure the company's objectives are met
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements:

• The candidate should have good knowledge of Thane’s real estate market.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel when necessary
