Group Bayport is hiring for the role of Assistant Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate and manage project timelines for both data management and development wings, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
• Oversee deployment processes and verify that projects meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and team members post-deployment to assess project performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and facilitate communication between teams.
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing projects, ensuring they continue to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a data or software development environment.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
