Amber is hiring for the role of Assistant Partnerships Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage existing accounts with proper relationship building, with the intention of growing leads and business from them.
• Hunt for new accounts to onboard them and tell them about amber and how we are different from other marketplaces and platforms.
• Meet the targets of bookings and leads from the partners that are being managed in your territory.
• To increase revenue generation, find new B2B opportunities, schedule meetings with potential customers and turn them into wins.
• Develop innovative onboarding strategies, collaborate, and promote new and existing partners
• Analysis of partnerships to determine the success and challenges to arrive at the best way forward.
• Communicating over emails or calls with partners across the world to maintain a good working relationship.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• E-commerce knowledge
• Good understanding and experience with website analytics tools.
• Good time management, planning and relationship management skills.
• Objection handling skills, negotiation skills and Closing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the willingness to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
