Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and control refinery processes to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation.
• Follow established operating procedures and guidelines to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Collect samples and perform basic laboratory tests to analyze process parameters and product quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate records of process data and operating parameters.
• Communicate effectively with other operators and supervisors to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in refinery operations.
• Basic understanding of refinery processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret process diagrams, flow charts, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in operating basic laboratory equipment and performing simple chemical tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve process issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
