We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate with various teams to implement marketing campaigns, analyze data, and contribute to achieving our overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities: -
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to create and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the creation and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
• Coordinate and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential partners and customers.
• Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to propose innovative ideas and tactics.
Requirements and Skills:-
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing,SEO, and paid advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the industry related to the company's products/services.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools.
• Familiarity with website management and CMS platforms.
