Thomson Reuters is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Order Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Mangaing staff of 15-20 team members along with providing leadership and experise to the team and meeting targets for compliance and service levels.
• Ensuring the planning activities to enable accurate and timely order management/fullfilment.
• Escalating all delays to internal groups and ensuring that there is constant communication is maintained stakeholders and senior managemnt to sensure delivery of servises.
• Effectively communication the personnel, globally, sharing knowleddge at all times and adopting best parctices.
• Working with the support teams for optimum support of the basic operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in related field such as finance or Economics is preferred.
• The candidate must have proven experience in people management experience in leading large teams.
• He/she must have demonstarted knowledge on 'Order to Cash' process and domain.
• Six Sigma training or/and experience is an added advantage.
