Assistant Manager- Warehouse Job in Gurgaon at Agrim

Agrim is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- Warehouse!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead overall warehouse operations PAN India, owning key KPIs around Timely Dispatches, Inventory Management, Quality of Dispatch and Warehouse cost
• Lead overall performance management for the warehouse team; setting up monthly targets and ensuring timely reviews to enable high people efficiency
• Develop and manage warehouse knowledge banks and SOP repositories; Work closely with the Learning and Development team for people training and capability building
• Own overall warehouse operations cost and have strong monitoring around multiple cost metrics associated with warehouse rent, packaging cost, people cost, stationery, etc.
• Lead relationship management with all vendor partners and identify opportunities to onboard new strategic vendors related to warehouse operations
• Lead the new warehouse onboarding process; identification of location, and then ensuring a timely go-live
• Extensive coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders to fast-paced key initiatives
• Benchmark current warehouse cost against the market standards; timely negotiation of rate cards with warehouse partners accordingly
• Own Post-Delivery issues on all the Warehouse Dispatched orders and do consistent process improvements to ensure a reduction in customer escalations.
