Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Vehicle Dev & Delivery!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and execute component level, system level, and Vehicle level DVP test plans as per agreed timelines for HV / LV battery Pack System, Charging system (OBC, Off Board Charger, Fast Charging), and Battery Management System (BMS). Escalate issues to respective CFT and ensure timely release of test reports and DVP&R.
• Execute Regulatory and Certification tests related to – HV Battery Pack & Charging System. (AIS 048, AIS 156, IS 12405).
• Test components as per automotive standards like AIS, ECE, ISO, and IEC. Formulate new test cases based on RWUP, Field failure simulations, and CFT inputs.
• Have knowledge of Cell Chemistry and cell testing, Environmental, NVH, and Thermal testing for automotive HV Batteries, chargers & related components.
• Interact with testing agencies for external testing of components as defined in component test plans.
• Have knowledge in quality tools- like 8D, Fault Tree Analysis, and knowledge in EV component and their functions. CAN & Analog Data acquisition, analysis, and interpretation as per Logic and architecture and report release.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years.
• BE/B. Tech - Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Telecommunication/Mechatronics/Automotive Electronics.
