Goodyear is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager-Utilities!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• New Die & Splice bar development for new SKUs
• Data Analysis of rework generation from extruders & tire room.
• Meeting day-to-day specifications, Controlling product within specification from extruder to reduce uniformity variations & tire weight
• Maintaining & controlling tread conicity with GY limits
• Bead Waste & Cure tire waste controlling related to Business Center A
• Control & management of milling waste through rework management
• Maintain the process of product guidelines specification.
• Suppose to investigate, understand, and analyze the interaction between raw materials/compounds/equipment for reducing extrusion variations
• Anticipate and identify problems proactively through LPA and process audits
• Develop and advise on problem-solving strategies to reduce variations in extrusion
• Use collaboration to solve problems and make decisions.
• Identify external resources of Goodyear to collect data and inputs to make decisions. Consult with resources.
• Identify high-impact projects and implement solutions to reduce GT & CT Scrap

Requirements:

• Has a good understanding of green properties and influences on component extrudate
• Ensure 100% legal and Statutory compliances -like Boiler annual inspection, Pressure vessel testing, Peso, and Ash disposal as per CPCB.
• Ensure statutory compliance in terms of EHS on a business center
