Deloitte is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- Talent Risk & Relations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Be responsible for the preparation and analysis of Talent Relations metrics including standard recurring reports on a scheduled basis and as ad hoc requests, as needed.
  • Log cases into the case management tool and manage workload and time effectively.
  • Manage, document, and resolve red rating background investigations, which include partnering with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and the Office of General Counsel, to recommend outcomes.
  • Manage medical accommodations as well as additional case types, as needed.
  • Make decisions/recommendations regarding the outcome and action steps on cases.
  • Participate on Talent Relations Accommodation Team (TRAT), and other projects, as needed.
  • Escalate complex cases to manager of the appropriate business.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and an ability to determine risk; selects methods and techniques for minimizing risks, as appropriate.
  • Build productive internal and external working relationships and networks.
  • Make decisions regarding own work, often in ambiguous situations.
  • Provide general support to the US Talent Relations team.
  • Act as subject matter expert with regards to some Firm systems and processes used by Talent Relations, such as SWIFT (accounts payable system) for processing of invoices.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed, related to coordination of team meetings/team events.
  • Create opportunities to identify process efficiencies for the Talent Relations team or Talent organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness when dealing with customers
  • Knowledge of Talent Relations concepts and policies
  • Ability to use technology systems to perform daily tasks
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
