Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• The role of an Assistant Manager exists to translate Business Imperatives and wishes into relevant and recognizable IT Systems.
• He/She would contribute by understanding business needs, synthesizing them into projects, executing them successfully in a time-bound fashion, and ensuring upkeep of the delivery.
• He/She would also be responsible for leading internal and external teams to deliver on the outcomes

Requirements:

• Should map business requirements, processes, scope and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs in the Master Data Management and Governance areas
• Perform gap analysis and prepare business process blueprints (AS-IS (existing system), TO-BE (How the system should be)) and ensure proper implementation of the process which best takes care of the business requirements
• Experience in preparation of functional specifications for developments
• Act as liaison with business users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve technical problems
• Should provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Should be self-driven and independent, act as subject matter mentor to team 
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Experience of 3-4 years in a role of IT
• Monitoring vendor SLAs for services vendor management
• Review vendor delivery and support
• Should have worked on a minimum of one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and multiple support, rollout projects, and cutover activities
• Hands-on experience in any one of the SAP modules – MM (Required)
• Hands-on understanding of PO, GR, IR, and STO processes
• Good knowledge of SAP technologies and Business Processes
• Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, developing designs, and process modeling
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• BE / B.Tech (Comp Sc./Electronics & Telecom / IT), MCA preferred
