Unilever is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Sustainability Reporting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the annual reporting process for sustainability metrics, collaborating with metric owners and ensuring data collection plans are aligned.
• Drive continuous improvements in sustainability metrics and reporting, focusing on data quality, availability, and efficient collection processes.
• Partner with business Sustainability teams to understand initiatives and metrics, developing and improving methods for measuring impact using big data and advanced analytics.
• Build subject matter expertise (SME) knowledge on various sustainability metric reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of ETL jobs/scripts for data cleansing, transformation, and organization.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using reporting tools like Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with testing new developments and change requests, including basic coding checks.
• Strong root cause analysis skills for identifying and addressing data quality issues.
• Familiarity with data exploration and profiling, preferably using R and Python.
• Experience delivering projects through Agile methodology.
