Meesho is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Strategy & Operations- CTO Office!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Shape Meesho’s technology vision and roadmap
- Improve the “Company OS”: Identifying problems and opportunities to improve Meesho tech org’s ways of working, enabling each techie to reach their maximum potential
- Deliver “Zero to One” complex 10X tech initiatives
- Develop/initiate and deliver critical cross-org projects for the company
- Advise our CTO and Co-founder - there is a lot of leadership exposure in this role, which will help you upskill your 10X thinking and decision-making skills
Requirements:
- MBA/BTech with 1-4 years of experience
- At Least 1-3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (or similar experience in a high-growth startup)
- Ability to be a self-starter, who can take a problem statement and solve it to the end
- Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive and grow in an ambiguous environment
- An innate curiosity for all things tech
