Xiaomi is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Strategy!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth.
• Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects working with GTM, Sales Channel, and the CEO's office.
• Understanding Macroeconomics and directing the internal Team.
• Conducting strategic research basis multiple external analyst reports like GFK/IDC/Counterpoint, Canalys..etc.
• Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and contributing to strategic projects utilizing problem-solving frameworks.
• Building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives.
• Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy checks.
• Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision-makers.
• Providing active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years tenure with ability to manage juniors/ Guide Freshers.
• Preferably worked in the smartphone industry/ any Category Team.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving frameworks, and project management skills.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
