Flipkart is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Sell!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Pricing planning and governance across the entire BU.
• Tracking and highlighting key levers to ensure compliance with the monthly operating plan across pricing charters.
• Identifying opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting – with thorough use of available platform data.
• Exposure to revenue and budget planning, working closely with stakeholders from Sell Side, Buy Side, Marketing, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in engineering from a Tier-1 institute or an MBA
• 1-2 yrs. experience in a data-intensive role
• Analytical bent of mind. Ability to break down any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved
• Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables
• Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables
• Result-oriented and ownership-driven, an end-to-end on a process/project with strong attention to detail
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines
