Sonepar is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager- Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve Sales Targets – Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Identify New Business Opportunities – Expand market reach by scouting new clients and sectors.
- Promote Technical Solutions – Present and sell electrical and industrial solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams – Work closely with logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field); MBA is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with electrical distribution, automation, and industrial solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills – Strong interpersonal abilities to close deals and manage clients.
- CRM & Reporting Tools – Proficient in using CRM software and generating sales reports.
