Assistant Manager - Sales Job in Mumbai at Cinépolis India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation activities.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and report key metrics.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth order processing and customer delivery.
• Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Willing to travel as required.

Our company currently operates 436 screens across various brand names, including Cinépolis, Cinépolis VIP, Cinépolis Junior, Cinépolis MacroXE, and Fun Cinemas. Notably, we operate India's largest Megaplex, a 15-screen multiplex located in Pune, and have consistently introduced innovative concepts to the Indian exhibition industry.
