Sonepar is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the frontline sales force for Sonepar, maintaining effective communication with customers across all product portfolios.
• Plan marketing activities for assigned customers in close coordination with the business development team.
• Engage actively with business partners to discuss opportunities and plan joint engagement activities.
• Generate new leads and opportunities, achieve sales and revenue targets, and manage accounts receivable collections (AR Collection).
• Collaborate closely with the Pricing Team to penetrate business effectively.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Planning team to contribute to revenue planning initiatives.
• Work closely with the Finance Team to finalize AR Collection strategies and credit policies.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely execution of purchase orders (PO).

Requirements:

• Experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems), PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFD (Variable Frequency Drives), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and Vibration Monitoring (Rockwell Automation preferred).
• Familiarity with networking and communication products, including Industrial Wireless solutions.
• Knowledge of IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things), Augmented Reality (AR), Software Solutions, and Substation Automation.
• Experience with Turn-Key C&I (Control and Instrumentation) Projects, Test Bench operations, and Substation Automation Projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly solve problems.
• Analytical thinking and ability to coordinate across functions.
• Experience in disciplined sales processes and proficiency in reporting.
• Presentation skills and fair knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to plan marketing activities effectively.
