- Screen potential IBAs based on fitment and profile suitability.
- Ensure all required criteria are fulfilled before sending profiles for enrollment.
- Resolve discrepancies in coordination with the central support team.
- Conduct daily connects with recruited IBAs and provide updates on KPIs.
- Drive IBA log-in and talk time metrics effectively.
- Generate leads and business as per the shared business plan.
- Manage dynamic allocation of data based on field requirements in coordination with the central support team.
- Resolve all IBA system-related issues and queries through coordination with the central team.
- Maintain IBA activation rates above the defined targets.
- Communicate disbursement and earnings information to IBAs promptly.
- Motivate IBAs to qualify for rewards and recognition while addressing grievances efficiently.
- Act as the real-time coordination channel between Sales, IBAs, and Central Support teams.
