Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Rural Next - New!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL
- Ensure timely collection
- Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business
- Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry
- Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales
- Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers
- Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team
- The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics
- Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report
- Sales & Collect responsibility
- Clearing day to day customer queries
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification must be graduation
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
- People & Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
- Graduation with 0 to 5 Years experience
