Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Production!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring daily production as per the plan.
• Ensuring zero hold-up at the end of the line with timely resolution of quality issues.
• Communicating quickly and effectively with the support department for issue resolution, including stores, maintenance, quality, and other departments.
• Monitoring and closing all IR-related issues on the line in coordination with relevant agencies.
• Implementing new models, PPAP, and ER on the tractor line with proper documentation (e.g., SOP Manifest and OJT).
• Ensuring the DWM of the respective shift, including all PQCDSM parameters, and taking timely action on issues.
• Achieving targets for Akraman, such as cost savings, OIT, CIT, and QC story.
• Resolving issues related to Stockyard, Gate Audit, DPR, Card RPH, and line stoppage.
• Understanding and comply with requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM, and AFSM to prepare for audits.
• Monitoring and reducing consumables and stores items used on the line.
• Participating in innovation drives and ensuring maximum innovation projects from the department in A+, A, and B categories.
• Training and developing cell members in line with the organization's requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Mechanical; Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Diploma in Automobile; Bachelors of Technology in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Diploma
