Freecharge is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Product Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Actively participate in the agile processes, as a team product owner
• Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed
• Work passionately to ensure your team is focused on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs
• Driving the team and other stakeholders on the product goals by nurturing and guiding them
• Create user stories by collaborating with Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, DevOps, QA and Engineering. Identify clear acceptance criteria for each feature
• Writing complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information

Requirements:

• You have a good understanding of next-gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features
• Your analytical skills and attention to detail are strong
• As a team member, you enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making
• You are a curious go-getter who can inspire change, adapt quickly, and enjoy working in an environment that is constantly changing
