Assistant Manager (Product) Job in Jaipur at Sk Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure RBI compliances with respect to NBFC-ND-SI-ML (Scale Based Regulations)
• Adhoc submissions to RBI (CIMS,Daksh, FIU Portal)
• Periodic review of policies
• Analysis of RBI Circulars and implementation thereof
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws
• Organize and prepare agendas and minutes for Board meetings, AGMs, and committee meetings
• Handle filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), ROC, SEBI, RBI, etc.
• Draft resolutions, notices, reports, and other legal documents
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, forms, and disclosures
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their impact

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified/Intern Company Secretary (CS)
• Additional qualification like LLB or MBA (Finance/Legal) is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, secretarial practices, and compliance matters
• Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance/ROC filing tools

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of RBI Regulations, SEBI Listing Regulations, Companies Act 2013
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
• Discretion and trustworthiness while handling confidential information
