- Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time and repeat queries.
- Liaise with sales and IT teams to ensure reduction of sales queries and bottlenecks.
- Build and implement process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to minimize downstream leakages by collaborating with IT and COE teams.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, and other teams to ensure early resolution of sales queries.
- Support regular and ad-hoc data analysis on key business metrics.
- Plan and execute time-bound projects related to geo-expansion.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Admin, IT, and HR for the launch of new branches.
- Track and monitor branch productivity under geo-expansion initiatives.
- Work on delivering critical business projects as assigned periodically.
- Provide relevant data and insights for management reporting.
