Assistant Manager (PLCS) Job in Thiruvananthapuram at Bajaj Finserv

Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager (PLCS)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Track and improve key performance indicators such as query resolution time, repeat queries, etc
• Liaise with the sales team & IT team to ensure the reduction of sales queries and bottlenecks
• Build various process/policy checks on SFDC workflow to ensure minimum leakages downstream by working closely with IT/COE teams
• To liaise with the IT team, Ops, and other team to ensure early resolution of sales query
• Support regular and ad-hoc data analysis on business metrics
• Plan and execute time bounded projects on geo–expansion
• Liaise with internal teams such as Admin, IT, and HR for the launch of new branches
• Track and monitor the productivity of branches under Geo-expansion
• Work on delivering critical business projects as assigned from time to time
• Provide relevant data points for Management reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Relevant experience of 1-2 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
