Redbus is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Paid Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own end-to-end management of SEM channel - campaign setup, ad creation, daily optimization and budget management
• Manage SEM campaigns to achieve key performance objectives like Conversions, Cost per Conversion, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and more
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis utilising the latest tools and best practices Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to derive meaningful insights for continuous improvement of scale and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like supply, product, brand to align SEM campaigns to the broader business objectives

Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on SEM campaign and budget management experience with high-growth e-commerce brands or digital marketing agencies
• Hands-on experience with tools including Google Ads & Google Analytics
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and search marketing landscape
• Strong analytical skills to analyse data and derive meaningful insight
