Assistant Manager - Outbound Logistics Job in Pune at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Outbound Logistics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with Plant TCFs & MLL for RFD vehicles availability at the yard for billing
• Utilize internal and external storage yard capacities optimally
• Ensure the quality of vehicles inside yards is maintained
• Reconcile yard stock with mPAD & SAP monthly
• Clear HOLD vehicles for dispatch process on time and ensure defect-free delivery till the last mile
• Conduct train and trailer loading trials and process audits
• Monitor and develop the mPAD system
• Resolve transit-delayed vehicles due to technical issues daily
• Coordinate with Dealer & MLL for clean/unclean POD status and ensure reduction
• Maintain resources for the dispatch process
• Optimize costs through productivity and process improvements

Requirements:

• MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Bachelor’s degree
• 3-6 years of experience in logistics or sales planning
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Technical knowledge of vehicle functioning and repair processes
