Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Operations and Services!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- This position will manage the Complete receipt Recon part.
- Work with parallel stakeholders to make the process smooth.
- Take end-to-end ownership once the receipt is cut till the customer gets the benefit.
- This position will manage all the DMS-related MIS.
- Should be able to resolve DMS Users' queries.
- Ownership of Manual recon process.
- End to End-to-end monitor OTB release process
- Should have a good system understanding
- Should be able to manage huge teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Operations with a good understanding of the financial/Banking industry.
- Challenger Attitude, Fast learner, Problem-solving skills
- Strong lending domain and process understanding
- Basic knowledge of Credit card Payment
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
