HSBC is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver top-quartile customer service
• Reduce customer complaints when compared to the year 2012.
• Meet PLA score as defined
• Improve quality at source (ie) reduce rework/reroutes.
• Implement initiatives for BP to improve customer experience
• Become the focal point for the relationship with BP where relevant
• Develop and grow a positive relationship with all BP
• Ensure that we effectively change/Manage the relationships from SD to RCS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field.
• Awareness of the types and nature of credit products and processes would be an advantage.
• Experience in MENA Underwriting would be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communications, financial and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Underwriting & AEL listing process and the various maintenances involved will be preferred
• Should be proficient in reading and analyzing bureau reports and financial statements.
• Good understanding of various markets within MENA, their regulatory requirements, credit policies, currencies, market trends, etc.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Usage of existing Analytics and other Operating Tools on daily operations will be preferred.
• Should have experience in leading or driving streamlined activities or being a part of any transformation program
