Xiaomi is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Operation Excellence!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Focus on Continuous improvement and set new benchmarks for Operation.
- Recommend process improvements and implement them by coordinating with key stakeholders
- Set stringent process control and monitor the implemented SOPs to check process adherence and sustenance.
- Have to take end-to-end ownership of the entire process improvement plan.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Operational/Process Excellence
- Minimum 4 years of experience. Up to 8 years
- A strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Strong Program Management skills required
- Green belt Six Sigma certified
- Preferred industries: handsets, consumer durables, telecom, FMCG, paints, etc
