ITC Limited is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager Operation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Aiming to achieve accident free working of the department
- Analyzing and strive for improvement in MTBF and MTTR for mechanical breakdowns in soap/shampoo area
- Coordinating with OEMs
- Coordinating with the mechanical contractor and external workshop for the timely completion of the maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with PCRO norms
- Ensuring that the quality standards are adhered to
- Handling changeover improvement in soap/shampoo plant
- Identifying and procuring mechanical spares for the soap/shampoo plant
- Identifying training needs of workmen
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical) with 2+ yrs – 6yrs of experience in co-ordinating and executing the mechanical maintenance jobs in soap/shampoo plant of FMCG industry
