Assistant Manager - New Installation Job in Mumbai at Schindler group

• Plan and assign work tasks within the team based on demand and company procedures.
• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of new installation and modernization projects, including methods, materials, and documentation.
• Develop resource planning that encompasses objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity allocation, quality, and safety assurance.
• Handle customer communication and ensure compliance with the Fulfillment Plus process.
• Manage tasks to meet objectives within the specified timeframe and cost targets, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project's duration.

Requirements:

• E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer-oriented behavior, and Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA (preferred).
