Mahindra is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - MQA!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work in coordination with CFT to ensure Li-Ion battery module and powerpack assembly quality requirements.
- Ensure adherence to assembly processes as per drawing and SOP to deliver defect-free products.
- Establish and sustain a Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 standards.
- Close project quality gateway deliverables.
- Identify process gaps, and concerns, and execute corrective measures along with CFT.
- Resolve customer complaints, and failed part analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- 4 - 5 years of experience
