Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager MQA!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle overall Product audit and Process audit. Analyze customer complaints, line rejection, Supplier audits, and take corrective actions.
• Establish Initial Process Capability (Pp/Ppk) and monitor ongoing Process Capability (Cp/Cpk). Define and standardize all the Quality Procedures.
• Drive continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality. Implement POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error. Monitor and ensure adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audits, SPC, and MSA studies.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process.

Requirements:

• Education Qualification: Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering
• General Experience: If BE 3 to 5 yrs
