Assistant Manager - Meta Marketing Job in Gurgaon at MakeMyTrip (MMT)

MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Meta Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute meta-search & remarketing campaigns across devices (desktop, mobile site & app).
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiency.
• Devise and execute bidding optimization strategies for meta-search channels. 
• Run and analyze continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities of growth and efficiency. 
• Use Google Analytics, and other third-party tools, to analyze and showcase the effectiveness of our digital strategies, including creating ad hoc and recurring reports.
• Demonstrate ability to work at both the planning level (generating ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data).

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBA/B.Tech degree or an equivalent degree in the quantitative field from a tier 1 institute.
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics.
• Hands-on experience with catalog-based bid management strategies/tools for meta channels/SEM will be preferred.
• Proficiency in some online marketing-related tools/platforms/channels including but not limited to SEM, Remarketing, Programmatic, etc. 
• Working knowledge of Advanced Excel skills, Exposure to various tools of web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.), HTML, and Javascript (Tags, basic level coding).
• Candidates with hands-on experience of catalog/feed-based bid management solutions will be preferred.
• Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
