Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and execute dealer/influencer trips (hotels, airlines, sightseeing, events, F&B, etc.)
• Coordinate with travel agencies, business, and commercial teams
• Ensure trip execution within aligned timelines
• Maintain cost control within allocated budget
• Ensure vendor cost efficiency
• Manage vendors for smooth execution
• Create and maintain MIS reports (travelers, trip costs, etc.)
• Respond to internal and external trip-related queries promptly

Requirements:

• Full-time graduation (regular day course) – mandatory
• Experience in MICE industry – mandatory
• Current organization need not be from MICE industry
• Willingness for extensive travel
• Cost management skills
• Itinerary planning skills
• Good communication skills
